Fitness on the Green: Bootcamp

Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30 PM & Thursday 5:30 6:30 PM

This one hour signature class is acomplete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body toreach its fullest potential! This outdoor boot camp style class is a highintensity mix of cardio endurance, plyometric and agility exercises, athleticdrills, kickboxing, calisthenics and strength-training. The instructors focuson encouragement rather than intimidation and design each class differently topush your limits and keep your body guessing.

About Fitness on the Green: 
Fowler Toyota has partnered with the YMCA of Greater Tulsa, Total Blast Zumba and Guthrie Green to provide the community with FREE fitness classes 5 days a week!
