Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is partnering with the Downtown Y to create FREE fitness classes on Guthrie Green that are geared towards downtown Tulsa's professionals and their families.

Mondays - Tai Chi - 5:30 pm
Tuesdays - Boot Camp - 5:30 pm
Wednesdays - Family Yoga - 10:30 am
Thursdays - Boot Camp - 5:30 pm
Fridays - Fitness Walking - 4:30 pm
Saturdays - Mommy & Me - 10:00 am

Lululemon is also presenting free yoga classes every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm.

Ariane Betancourt is hosting free zumba classes every Sunday morning at 10:00 am.

Fitness on the Green: Tai Chi

Monday, Jun 17 at 5:30pm to at 6:30pm

Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is Partnering with the Downtown Y to create FREE fitness classes on Guthrie Green that are geared towards downtown Tulsa's professionals and their families.

Every Monday this season from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, come down to Guthrie Green for a FREE Tai Chi class.  Improve balance, agility, strenght and coordination with this ancient form of martial arts.

What to bring to the Tai Chi class:

  • Water Bottle
  • Towel
  • Comfortable Workout Attire
  • Shoes (Optional)

Come join us at the Guthrie Green Bootcamp - Every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Our one hour signature class is the complete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body to reach its fullest potential! This boot camp style class is taught between intervals of power walking or jogging and spurts of cardio endurance, athletic drills, kickboxing, and strength-training. By incorporating high and low intensity intervals of exercise, your body is able to maximize its caloric burn as it enters the fat burning zone.

 

Fitness on the Green: Family Yoga

Wednesday, Jun 19 at 10:00am to at 11:00am

Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is Partnering with the Downtown Y to create FREE fitness classes on Guthrie Green that are geared towards downtown Tulsa's professionals and their families.

Wednesdays from 10am-11am, introduce yoga to your kids at a young age! Our family class incorporates breathing, dancing, partner poses, games, and relaxation so that the whole family can enjoy the benefits of yoga. Bring your kids, your parents, your grandparents. All ages are welcome!

What to bring to the Family Yoga class:

Outdoor walking fitness classes create a synergy among participants through a group class environment; the group class environment provides the ongoing support, motivation and inspiration to not only begin to walk--but to continue to walk for health and weight loss.

You can walk as fast or as slow as you need to...you can't do this wrong!  Whether you're a beginner or have been working out for years, this workout is for everyone!  Join us and enjoy the historic sites of Downtown Tulsa.

Come join us at Mommy & Me Fitness Class on the Guthrie Green! Saturday 10am to 11am 

Leave the babysitter and spend the money on fruits and vegetables!  Come join a fellow Mom get some exercise for you and your kids.  We will combine aerobic exercise, weight training, stretching and nutritional assistance/recipe recommendations for families to achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle!
